AIPlay Bonus Turnover

Turnover is the amount of qualifying wagers required by an offer before the relevant balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The exact AIPlay multiplier and calculation base are not established for the RM20/RM50 offer in our captured terms.

Editorial revision:

Check these terms before accepting

Ask whether turnover is calculated from the bonus alone or from deposit plus bonus, which games contribute, whether each game contributes at the same rate, and which stakes are excluded.

Also confirm the maximum stake, expiry, maximum withdrawable amount, identity-check requirements and restrictions on multiple accounts or transfers. Do not assume another promotion uses the same rules.

Illustration: bonus-only calculation

This is a hypothetical example, not an AIPlay offer: a RM50 bonus with a 10× bonus-only requirement would require RM500 of qualifying wagers: RM50 × 10.

If the same hypothetical offer instead applied 10× to a RM20 deposit plus RM50 bonus, the requirement would be RM700: (RM20 + RM50) × 10. The difference is why the calculation base matters.

Game contribution changes the calculation

If an example required RM500 of qualifying turnover and a game contributed 50%, RM1,000 of actual wagers would count as RM500, assuming no other exclusions. These example percentages are not published AIPlay rules.

Turnover is neither the amount you must lose nor a guarantee of getting money back. A balance can be lost before a requirement is completed. Never deposit or continue gambling solely to chase a bonus.

Checking your own account

Use the turnover display in your operator wallet and the conditions for the offer you accepted. If the display differs from your calculation, ask operator support which wagers count before placing more.

The captured transfer instructions describe a turnover reset when money is transferred to another player before the requirement is met. Check the current warning before transferring; a reset should not be treated as a way to bypass the requirement.
