Use the Malaysian mobile number you registered with and the password for that account. Follow the country-code format shown in the current login form. Existing members do not need another referral registration.
Forgot your password or cannot receive an OTP?
Use the forgotten-password option shown on the operator login screen. Confirm that the registered SIM can receive SMS and that the number is entered correctly. Follow the resend timer rather than requesting repeated codes.
If you no longer control the registered number, contact operator support for account recovery. Do not create another account to bypass verification, and do not give a password or OTP to anyone over chat.
Password, PIN and SMS code are different
Your password is used for account login. The six-digit transaction PIN is used for money-related actions in the documented interface. An SMS one-time code verifies a specific action. Resetting one does not necessarily reset the others.
For a PIN problem, use the PIN recovery control in the operator interface, rather than the password reset on the login screen.
The page will not load
Check the connection and browser version, then try the operator homepage. A loading error does not prove your account is locked. Avoid unknown mirror sites or APK links offered in messages; use operator support to confirm a changed destination.
