Paying in
Deposit with AiPay online banking
6 steps in the AIPlay app. Click button "Wallet" is the first.
Before you start
- Confirm that the account currency and payment method match this guide.
- Check the minimum, maximum and recipient instructions shown for the current transaction. Do not reuse old payment instructions.
What completion looks like
The process is not submitted until the app shows a transaction status or reference. Keep the payment reference until the balance updates.
If the screen or status differs
Do not repeat a transaction or bypass a warning. Save the screen, time and reference number, then open operator support through a destination you opened yourself.
Click button "Wallet"
Click button "Deposit"
Click button "AiPAY Online Banking"
Fill in your deposit amount.
Choose bank & click "Deposit now"
Follow on-screen instruction to complete.
