AIPlay top up and withdrawal

Money goes into an AIPlay account through FPX online banking, a direct transfer from a Malaysian bank, one of the payment gateways inside the app, or USDT. It comes back out to a bank account in your own name, or as cash. For a Malaysian account there are 5 ways in and 2 ways out, and every one of them is written out step by step on this site with the screens from the app.

Getting money out is the half that catches people. Three things have to be true before a withdrawal clears, and all three are worth settling when you open the account rather than on the day you want paying.

How to top up an AIPlay account

Which one suits you depends on your bank and how quickly you need the money to land. FPX online banking and a direct bank transfer are the two most Malaysian players use. Each guide below is the screens from the app, written out as words.

MethodMinimumMaximum
Deposit with AiPay online banking6 stepsRM 10RM 50,000
Deposit with AIPlay QR payment6 stepsRM 10RM 50,000
Deposit with FPay QR payment6 stepsRM 30RM 10,000
Deposit by bank transfer6 stepsRM 10Not published
Deposit with LuxePay7 stepsRM 30RM 30,000

If you close the page part-way through a deposit, finish the transaction at your bank first and then contact support so they can confirm it landed. AIPlay warns about this on the payment screen itself. Keep the transaction reference, amount and time. Ask support to reconcile the payment before making another transfer; resolution time is not confirmed.

How to withdraw from AIPlay

Money comes back to a bank account on your profile, in your own name, or as cash. One set of limits covers both routes.

What decides whether a withdrawal clears

Check these three conditions if a withdrawal is pending. A queue, payment-provider issue or additional operator check may also affect processing.

  1. Identity verification finished

KYC has to be complete before the first withdrawal, not started when you request one. It is also what unlocks the first-time bonus, so doing it on day one settles two things at once.

  2. A bank account in the same name

The account on your profile has to have cleared the identity check and has to be in the name on your AIPlay account. A mismatched name may prevent processing; ask support which detail needs correction.

  3. Turnover met

Turnover is the amount you have to stake before a balance becomes withdrawable. Your account shows where yours stands in the wallet section, so this is the one condition you can check yourself rather than asking.

One thing to know before you move money to another player: doing it before you have met your turnover resets that turnover to zero. If you have already met it, nothing resets unless you choose to. Check where you stand first.

Which banks and e-wallets AIPlay accepts

24 accounts, read from the operator’s own Add Bank dialog, plus the payment gateways in the app and USDT. The account has to be one your bank allows to be used for online transactions, and it has to be in your own name.

What it costs, and how long it takes

Our captured material does not establish fees or processing times for either direction. The RM 300,000 displayed withdrawal maximum has no confirmed per-transaction or daily scope in that material. What a transaction costs you and how long it takes are the two things to check in your account at the moment you confirm, rather than to take from any page about AIPlay — including this one.

Common questions

Which Malaysian banks can I add to my AIPlay account?

Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, AmBank, Affin, Alliance, BSN, OCBC, UOB, HSBC, Standard Chartered, Citibank, Bank Rakyat, Bank Islam, Bank Muamalat and Agrobank, alongside the digital banks GXBank, Boost Bank, Ryt Bank, AEON Bank and MBSB, and Touch ’n Go. The account has to be one your bank allows to be used for online transactions.

Can I deposit with Touch ’n Go or a digital bank?

Yes. Touch ’n Go sits alongside the traditional banks in the same list, and so do the newer digital banks — GXBank, Boost Bank, Ryt Bank, AEON Bank and MBSB. The account name has to match the name on your AIPlay account, which is what the KYC check confirms.

What happens if I close the page during a deposit?

Finish the transaction at your bank first, then contact support so they can confirm the deposit landed. AIPlay warns about this on the payment screen itself. Keep the payment reference, amount and time and ask operator support to reconcile it. No resolution time is confirmed.

What do I need before my first withdrawal?

Three things have to line up: your identity check finished, a bank account on your profile that has cleared that check, in the same name, and any turnover requirement on your balance met. These are eligibility checks, not a processing-time guarantee.

Why is my AIPlay withdrawal taking so long?

Possible checks include: identity verification is not finished, the turnover on your balance has not been met, or the bank account name does not match the name on your AIPlay account. Your account shows your turnover, so that one you can check yourself. For the other two, live chat can tell you which document or detail is holding it up.

What is turnover, and why does it affect my withdrawal?

Turnover is the amount you have to stake before a balance becomes withdrawable, and it can affect withdrawal eligibility. Your account shows your current turnover in the wallet section, so you can see how much is left to meet rather than guessing.

Can my turnover be reset to zero?

It can, and in one case it happens automatically: transferring funds to another player before you have met your turnover resets it to zero. If you have already met it, a reset only happens if you choose it. This catches people out, so check where your turnover stands before you move money to anyone.

If your account is not in MYR

Everything above is for a Malaysian account. AIPlay also runs accounts in Singapore dollars, Vietnamese dong, Indonesian rupiah and USDT, and those have their own deposit and withdrawal screens — following a guide for the wrong one is the commonest way to end up on a payment page that will not accept your bank.
